About Jie Wang

Jie Wang is a corporate partner at JunHe LLP, based in Nanjing. His practice focuses on foreign investment in Jiangsu province, semiconductor and electronics industry M&A, and project finance for infrastructure development in the Yangtze River Delta. A member of the Jiangsu Bar Association, Jie has guided numerous international companies through market entry and M&A transactions in one of China’s most economically advanced provinces.

Jie has particular expertise in the semiconductor and advanced electronics sectors, which are concentrated in Jiangsu province. He advises chip designers, foundries, and equipment manufacturers on corporate structuring, IP protection strategies, and cross-border technology transactions. His understanding of the technical and regulatory dimensions of the semiconductor industry enables him to provide commercially relevant advice that bridges business objectives and legal requirements.
