About Wei Li

Wei Li is a corporate partner at AllBright Law Offices, one of China’s largest full-service law firms, based in Shanghai. With over 15 years of transactional experience, Wei advises multinational corporations, foreign investors, and China-based enterprises on foreign direct investment structuring, joint venture formation, and M&A transactions throughout the Yangtze River Delta region.
